The big brother of the DX6 2.4 GHz Parkflyer radio has been announced.
It is based on the JR 7202.
The system is compatible with the DX6 receiver and promises full range and seven channels for around $350. The system uses a receiver comprised of two modules connected by a 6″ umbilical cord. The radio provides mixing capabilities for powered aircraft, helis and gliders. However, based on a preliminary review of the documentation available, it is not clear how/if butterfly control can be implemented.
Those interested in the ultimate radio may want to consider the Futaba FX-40 Yours for $3k.
